Learn about plan updates and share your thoughts with Partners Health Plan. Member Feedback Sessions are held remotely three times per year with PHP Leadership. The sessions include a short review of plan updates and a facilitated open forum for members and families to share their thoughts and experiences.

Partners Health Plan encourages all members and primary advocates to join a Member Feedback Session.

The State of New York has created a Participant Ombudsman Program called the Independent Consumer Advocacy Network (ICAN) to provide participants free, confidential assistance on any services offered by Partners Health Plan.
