Partners Health Plan (PHP) Provides Qualifed members $150 a month to purchase healthy food, personal care and other over-the-counter (OTC) items. You can conveniently use your PHP OTC Benefit Card to purchase items:

How can you enjoy $1800 a year for flexible and convenient shopping? The OTC Benefit Card program is for qualified PHP Care Complete FIDA-IDD Plan members. Members can contact their care team for more information about the OTC Benefit Card.
